Mr Mann is a British & USA trained Trauma & Orthopedic Surgeon and graduate of UCL Medical School. Mr Mann is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He is Honorary Associate Professor UCL Medical School.
Mr Mann is a leading international expert of the lower limb with special interests in all aspects of adult and pediatric foot and ankle disorders. He has been extensively trained in the reconstruction of arthritic knee and ankle joints and minimally invasive procedures of the knee, ankle and foot. His particular interests include treatment of forefoot disorders such as ankle trauma complex fractures, OA, bunions, hammertoes, ankle instability, sports and dance related injuries, tendon disorders, pediatric and adult flatfoot disorders. He was awarded the most prestigious Foot & Ankle Fellowship in the USA with world renowned Professor Mark Myerson, which he completed with distinction.
Mr Mann has also written a number of publications,articles and books on the treatment and management of blood disorders, specifically those affecting the knee, soft tissue, ankle, and foot. He is actively involved in research with the Centre for Cell, Gene & Tissue Therapeutics at The Royal Free Hospital looking at the use of Stem Cells in Orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders. His team is the first in the UK to successfully treat diabetic ulcers with Stem Cells.
