“I have been visiting this hospital for 2 months now and have always been given the best at Lyndhurst Rooms, the Royal Free Hospital. Patients waiting to be seen are offered tea, coffee, juice, and biscuits. Patients who have been here for some time during lunch are served with perfection. Well done to all at the hospital. "Dr Prodromos Laftsidis and his staff especially Iman were phenomenal, so much so that I had to write a review about him and his staff. That’s says a-lot considering I’m not the type to leave reviews. I know you might think of course because it’s private, but this brilliant Dr Laftsidis is like no other private or otherwise. My mother needed care, reassurance and understanding after her first vascular fistula went horribly wrong. She was extremely anxious of redoing the surgery and doctors all over just lacked interest and care.

So I went on a hunt to find the best of the best doctor for my mom and I am so relieved that I found the treasure that is Dr Laftsidis. He was indeed the best and above all, he was human. He understood my mother, he took care of her like no other private doctor has ever done and for that I am just as grateful as the surgery being a success. A million thanks xxx"

“I wanted to take the time to write some feedback for you based on the immensely positive experience I had the other day at your Hadley Wood Hospital.
I attended the clinic as a private patient under the surgeon Mr Sabbagh. Every single member of staff I encountered at your facility on the day I attended was friendly, helpful and happy. I instantly felt at ease there. They all made me feel comfortable and like they couldn’t do enough for me.
When I was taken through to theatre I had 3 wonderful ladies Maria, Anna and Karen who were assisting Mr Sabbagh. I couldn’t have wished for a better team of people to look after me in what could have been quite nerve wracking circumstances. Any nerves I had simply vanished when I was introduced to all these lovely ladies who chatted away to me pre surgery, assured me about everything and took such wonderful care of me throughout the whole process.
I honestly couldn’t be more grateful that they were there for my surgery. Please could you pass on my sincere thanks again to all of them, you are very lucky to have them as the faces of your hospital.“

"I was admitted to Hadley Wood Hospital for a hysteroscopy on 23rd July 2024. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the whole team of Hadley Wood Ward B, namely Grace, Chris, Dr Shah, Anna, etc. (please forgive me if I have put your name wrongly or forgotten your names).

As a newcomer to the UK, I am not familiar with the operation procedures here; however, with the team's concerted efforts and dedication, I felt warm on the day of my surgery. Especially when I felt very nauseous after the procedure, the Medical Officer and Grace observed me closely in the ward and helped me to call and track the arrival of the ambulance. I was really touched by their patience and care for me. I felt sorry to make you all stay late that night and for any inconvenience caused to you and to your families. I can feel your teamwork too. The next day, Dr Shah called me and followed up on my condition after discharge, which I really appreciated.
