Patient portal
Welcome to the Royal Free London Patient Portal.
You can now register to use our patient's portal. This is the quickest way to manage appointments or make a payment.
The portal allows you to:
- Requests a new appointment directly to our Enquiries team.
- View current, future, and past appointments.
- View any correspondence or messages.
- Make a payment either directly to your account or directly against an invoice.
You will need the following to register:
- *Patient ID
- Date of birth
- A registered mobile number or an email address
*Patient ID is not the same as your NHS number. If you don't know your patient ID, please contact us at rf-tr.privateenquiries@nhs.net.
