Welcome to the Royal Free London Patient Portal.
The easiest way to make a secure payment and manage or book your next appointment.
The portal allows you to:
- Requests a new appointment directly to our Enquiries team.
- View current, future, and past appointments.
- View any correspondence or messages.
- Make a payment either directly to your account or directly against an invoice.
You will need the following to register:
- *Patient ID
- Your date of birth
- A registered mobile number or an email address
*Patient ID is not the same as your NHS number. You will find your Patient ID in your appointment letter or SMS you received from us. Alternatively, please contact us at rf-tr.privateenquiries@nhs.net or call 020 7317 7751 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
